PRIVACY · ASSESSMENT
Privacy and your
assessment answers.
This draft privacy notice explains how the assessment works when email submission is enabled. Confirm the final wording with Lin before collecting real participant data.
What we collect
First name, email, questionnaire responses, optional interest in coaching resources, and a summary of five provisional reflection themes. We require an explicit checkbox agreeing to send the answers and contact details to Lin for coaching follow-up.
How we use and share it
When you submit, a mail delivery provider processes two emails: your summary to your email and a notification with your submitted answers, first name, email, and summary to Lin. We do not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not intentionally publish your answers. Turnstile may process technical anti-abuse signals. We do not install analytics on this site.
Storage, security and retention
This release does not write answers to a separate database; prior to final submission they remain in browser memory. Once submitted, copies may be retained in the recipients' mailboxes and by the configured mail delivery service according to their policies. The business owner must finalize a retention/deletion schedule and access safeguards before production use.
Your choices
Marketing-resource interest is optional and separate from assessment submission. Declining the required coaching-notification consent means this assessment's send-to-two-addresses workflow cannot be submitted. You can close the page without sending answers. For access/deletion requests, contact Lin through the LinkedIn or Alignable links on this site.
Privacy notice, data retention, owner identity, mail provider agreement, and relevant privacy laws must be reviewed before live deployment.
Assessment access and cookies
When you enter the assessment PIN, this site sets a secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict session cookie that authorizes access to assessment questions for about 45 minutes. The cookie is for access control only; it is not an advertising or analytics cookie. The cookie expires after approximately 45 minutes; closing the browser alone may not erase it. Server security protections may also process limited technical request details.
