Career transitions
For moments of change, uncertainty, job search reflection, or the need to reconnect with what kind of work actually fits.
NEW YORK · ENGLISH & MANDARIN COACHING
Career change, a new leadership challenge, or a quieter personal question—whatever brought you here, you deserve space to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and move forward with intention.

Lin brings a human-centered coaching presence shaped by years of work across HR, nonprofit, education, and public-sector contexts.

MEET YOUR COACH
I understand both the human side of change and the organizational realities behind it. My background includes 12 years as a Director of Human Resources in nonprofit and social-impact settings, plus additional experience in government, education, training, communications, and project or policy work.
In coaching, I bring that perspective without turning your life into a checklist. The goal is not to give you prepackaged answers. It is to help you think more honestly, see your patterns more clearly, and move toward what feels aligned for you.
Lin’s supplied Credly badge wallet lists an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential alongside HR, project-management, and payroll certifications. ICF membership is separate from the ACC credential. Explore the full credentials page.

Coaching is a reflective partnership. Together, you can make sense of what is changing, notice what matters most, and choose a next step that feels steady, honest, and your own.
For moments of change, uncertainty, job search reflection, or the need to reconnect with what kind of work actually fits.
For navigating relationships, boundaries, difficult conversations, decision-making, and the kind of leader you want to become.
For personal turning points that call for more confidence, steadiness, self-trust, or a deeper sense of alignment.
For turning broad hopes into clearer priorities, while staying connected to what genuinely matters to you.
HOW WE WORK
Rather than hand you someone else’s roadmap, coaching creates a thoughtful space to examine your situation, challenge assumptions, and take purposeful action.
Begin with the real story—your context, your hopes, and what feels unresolved right now.
Explore beliefs, habits, strengths, and tensions that may be shaping what happens next.
Choose a next step that feels both practical and deeply your own.
ASSESSMENT & VISUAL ESSENCE
Eight reflection questions are now available in a step-by-step form. The original scoring model and personalized AI-generated images are still being developed; the Assessment page also shows three example visuals.
The full cases and five traits for each live on the separate Assessment page.

GOOD QUESTIONS
Coaching can help you reflect on transitions, professional confidence, relationships at work, leadership growth, and personal questions that deserve more thoughtful attention.
No. Coaching focuses on reflection, goals, patterns, and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and it does not guarantee a specific job, promotion, or business outcome.
Yes. Lin’s public profile indicates English and Mandarin. You can reach out in either language and confirm what feels most comfortable.
It is an emerging concept: a reflective assessment would surface a client’s core qualities, and those qualities could then be translated into a personalized inner-child image. The examples on this site are samples, not client results.
You can contact Lin through LinkedIn or Alignable, share a little about what you are navigating, and discuss whether coaching feels like a good fit.
