Assess
Invite the client to answer reflective questions so that 5–10 qualities or strengths begin to stand out.
ASSESSMENT · VISUAL ESSENCE · INNER CHILD IMAGERY
Lin is exploring a future experience that combines reflective coaching with a creative visual process. The idea is simple: a client answers a thoughtful assessment, a cluster of core qualities emerges, and those qualities are then translated into a personalized “visual essence” or inner-child image.
The current eight-question form is a draft reflection activity, not a validated diagnostic tool, and it is not meant to flatten a person into five words. It is meant to create a memorable reflection—something emotionally resonant, visually meaningful, and personal enough to feel like a mirror.
START THE REFLECTION
The first version uses the eight fully visible questions in the supplied screenshots (1–7 and 12), with a frequency and change-difficulty answer for each. See your five suggested reflection themes at the end.
THE FRAMEWORK
The concept is inspired by a visual-essence workflow in which meaningful keywords, color feeling, artistic language, and symbolic imagery are combined to create a deeply personal image.
Invite the client to answer reflective questions so that 5–10 qualities or strengths begin to stand out.
Translate those qualities into emotional tone, colors, symbols, and a creative direction that feels true to the person.
Create a custom image—often soft, whimsical, and childlike—that reflects the client’s inner world in a memorable form.
